Frisco Townhomes were built in 2022 to challenge the status quo of standard residential living design in Columbia. We believe that the culture and identity of a community is impacted by the buildings that inhabit it and that each person that passes by or lives in it, should be moved in some way. We hope this goal has been accomplished.  

 

The location of the townhomes is across the street from Boone Hospital, within walking distance of downtown Columbia, the University of Missouri campus, the Stevens College campus and the beautiful Stevens Park.

 

The homes are being offered fully furnished, with all utilities, including internet, included. Our intention is to provide a clean, convenient residence in an awesome location so our tenants can spend their time working hard and doing what they love.
